Yoga fans and would-be yoga fans are invited to a special event this Sunday, March 9^th from 9-12 in the Wings Over the Rockies Hangar (7711 E. Academy Blvd). This “wellness expo” will feature Tyrone Beverly of Im’ Unique Yoga and Tom Hinojos of Lowry (soon to be) Adaptive Yoga plus vendors and music. Tom applied for and received a grant through the Lowry Foundation for this event and for classes. Bring your mat to stretch underneath the planes while the sun peaks through that east window (remember Day Light Savings starts on Sunday!). Hundreds of yoga fans, young and old, will be stretching and posing while being inspired in this delightful setting. And this is FREE—great chance to see the inside of the Hangar. Yoga fans of all ages are welcome to this FREE event!
