The Lowry Redevelopment Authority has selected Alpert Signature Homes, GO Builders Inc., and Latsis Custom Homes to build custom homes on a small block in the Boulevard One neighborhood at Lowry. Each builder will have two lots on the block, located south of First Avenue and west of Magnolia Street. Homebuilders for an additional 20-lot custom home area west of Quebec Street on Archer Place will be selected in mid-2015.

All three companies have built stylish luxury homes at Lowry and throughout Denver over the years. Conceptual home designs offer a high level of sustainability and livability, with attention paid to aging in place, intergenerational living, and entertaining. Homes are expected to range from 2,300 to 3,800 square feet, with prices starting in the mid $700s. Builders will start the Lowry design review process this summer, with construction expected to begin in late fall. Interested home buyers should contact builders directly.
