Celebrate Art with Picnic and Live Music in Tailwind Park Dine next to Aspens & Moon on 6/29


The Lowry Foundation is delighted to announce that East Park's first Public Art installation, Aspens & Moon, by Reven Swanson, is complete! To celebrate, the Lowry Community Master Association (LCMA) will host a FREE picnic at Tailwind Park (E. 5th Ave. and Alton Way) on Sunday, June 29 between 3 and 6 p.m. Bring a blanket and a picnic dinner and enjoy an evening of live music, bouncy castles and ice cream. Boulevard One Construction Updates & Webcam
Development may affect First Ave.


The Lowry Redevelopment Authority (LRA) has started horizontal development of the first Boulevard One neighborhood south of First Ave. between Monaco Pkwy. and Pontiac St. While we will strive to minimize the inconvenience and maintain traffic flow, this construction will affect First Ave. at times as workers connect new roads and utilities and improve the south side of the street.
